Best macarons in Vancouver? This is the place. We’re always coming back here, just for these sweet treats. They are fluffy, creamy, and sooo tasty – everything a macaron should be! They have this rich inside filling – its like a gelatinous ganache – that bursts with flavor and makes the macaroon memorable. The surrounding cream is just so creamy. And they’re bigger than any usual macarons I’ve had. Thierry usually only has 3 to 4 flavors, but they had about 9 when we went today. Always very very tasty, such a delight!
They are simply amazing macarons! One of my favorite desserts, they’re so cute and dainty. I guess the only thing is that they have no appealing decorations like sparkles or little smears of color, dried rose petals, etc. In this case, I say whatever!! They’re gooood.
(Keep in mind that if you’re planning to sit down, this cafe is always busy, and very packed with people.)
